Important Note: We do not own all listed properties, unless specifically stated in the listing details. Our role is primarily that of an intermediary platform.

3. Property Listings and Verification

Property details, including descriptions, prices, and availability, are submitted directly by property owners or their authorized agents.

While we review listings for clarity and obvious misrepresentation, we do not guarantee:

• Property ownership or legal title.
• The accuracy of pricing or the final negotiated sale amount.
• The physical condition or structural integrity of the property.

Users are strongly encouraged to conduct their own thorough due diligence and verify all details and legal documentation before making any payment or commitment.

4. Obligations of Agents & Partners

Agents and partners utilizing our platform agree to:

• Submit accurate and verifiable information for all listings.
• Act with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Any fraudulent representation, illegal transaction, or breach of professional conduct by an Agent or Partner will lead to:

1. Immediate Account Suspension or permanent deactivation.
2. Possible reporting to relevant law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

5. Prohibited User Activities

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post or transmit misleading, deceptive, or false information.
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior aimed at other users or the Company.
• Upload any harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware) or attempt unauthorized system access.
• Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of other users.

6. Payments & Fees

Certain specialized services offered by 5NJ Limited (e.g., promoted listings, dedicated verification services, documentation support) may attract fees.

• All applicable fees and payment terms will be communicated clearly before any commitment or payment is made.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once the specific paid service has been delivered or commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5NJ Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any losses or damages arising from user-to-user transactions or interactions (e.g., direct payments between buyer and seller).
• Property disputes arising between owners and buyers/tenants.
• Any damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate listing information provided by third parties.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, or for any activity deemed harmful to other users or the platform, without prior notice or liability.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
